Velbert Library Hosts Multilingual Storytime for Kids on Oct 11

Velbert Library is hosting a special storytime session for children aged three and above on October 11th. The event, held in the KinderWelt on the 1st floor, starts at 11 am and is free to attend with no registration required.

The library's 'BiLi' storytime sessions aim to cater to the multilingual upbringing of many children in the community. Picture books in both Turkish and German will be read during the session. The idea for these bilingual reading hours was initiated by the library itself to reflect the everyday lives of many children growing up with multiple languages.

After the storytime, children will have the opportunity to create a small surprise craft.

The Velbert Library, located at Oststraße 20, invites all interested children and their families to join this free, multilingual storytime session on October 11th at 11 am.
