The overall satisfaction rating for the housing association stood at almost 83%, with 87.5% of residents affirming that the association was making a positive change to their neighbourhood. Home safety emerged as a particular strength, with 89.2% of residents declaring they felt secure in their property.

Moreover, the association's customer satisfaction rating increased by 13.5% from 2024, reaching 82.9%. An overwhelming 80.1% of tenants reported that their homes were very well maintained, and 87.3% agreed that the association treated them fairly.
