On Friday, August 22, at 3:30 PM, the Magdeburg Mobile Library will be hosting a literary picnic in the Klosterberg Garden. This event, part of the library's 50th anniversary celebrations, promises a unique and enjoyable literary experience.
The Klosterberg Garden, established as the city's first public park 200 years ago, provides a picturesque setting for the event. The theme of the picnic is "Under the Canopy of Leaves", and local author Sabine Raczkowski will be reading a selection of her texts under this motto, which translates to "In the Green, the Blackbird Listens".
Sabine Raczkowski is known for her work in travel literature, along with short stories and poetry. She promises her listeners a relaxing and engaging experience with interesting observations of local flora and fauna.
