Taylor Swift's stunning colonial mansion, overlooking New England and the Atlantic Ocean, is situated in the United States.

In the coastal enclave of Watch Hill, Rhode Island, lies a grand colonial manor, lovingly referred to as "High Watch" or "Holiday House" by its current owner, Taylor Swift. The mansion, boasting over 1,000 square meters of living space, overlooks the breathtaking vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, Little Narragansett Bay, Fisher's Island Sound, and the Watch Hill Lighthouse.

Taylor Swift purchased the manor in 2013, at the tender age of 23, for $17.75 million. Since then, it has become one of her favourite residences, a haven of peace offering a respite from the hustle and bustle of New York or Los Angeles.

The mansion, built in 1930, features 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 8 fireplaces, a quadruple garage, and a large pool overlooking the ocean. The interior remains faithful to the Victorian style of its former owners, harking back to a bygone era.

Before Taylor Swift, the manor belonged to Rebekah Harkness, a wealthy heiress from the Standard Oil family. In the 1950s, she hosted sumptuous parties with her circle of friends, known as the "Bitch Pack." The manor's history inspired Taylor Swift to write the song "The Last Great American Dynasty" on her album Folklore.

Taylor Swift uses the manor to relax, host her family, and organize parties, including her annual 4th of July celebration. The celebrations often include friends like Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Gigi Hadid, Selena Gomez, and Ed Sheeran. However, not all neighbours have been fond of the festive and extravagant parties.

Despite occasional neighbourly annoyance, Taylor Swift's manor continues to be a symbol of peace and luxury by the sea. It stands as a testament to the enduring allure of the American coastline and the timeless charm of a bygone era.
