The much-anticipated group exhibit, RE: Generation, is set to grace Park University's Campanella Gallery from February 18, 2025, to April 26, 2025. This exhibition, held in memory of the late Sharon Hunter-Putsch, will showcase the works of a collective of Kansas City-area artists.

RE: Generation is a loose-knit group of women artists who share common history and generational and gender experiences. Founded by Sharon Hunter-Putsch in 2014, the collective works in a wide range of media, content, styles, and techniques.

The exhibit will feature the works of Sharon Hunter-Putsch, along with Donna Bachmann, Janet Kuemmerlein, Jane Pronko, Lynn Richardson, Catherine Vesce, Diana Werts, Megan Wyeth, and Carol Zastoupil.

The Campanella Gallery, located inside Norrington Center on Park's flagship Parkville Campus, offers free admission to the public. The exhibit will be accessible during the Norrington Center's regular business hours, with the exception of Park's Spring Break week (March 8-16), during which hours will be Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the gallery will be closed on Saturday and Sunday.

A reception for the artists will take place on April 4, 2025, from 4 to 6 p.m. Visitors are encouraged to attend this event to meet the artists and enjoy their creations.

For those seeking the most accurate and updated information about the participating artists, it is recommended to contact Park University's Campanella Gallery directly or check their official website or event notices closer to the exhibition date.

The RE: Generation exhibit, showcasing at Park University's Campanella Gallery, is not only a tribute to the late Sharon Hunter-Putsch, but also a representation of women artists' varied lifestyle and artistic expressions, blending home-and-garden themes with other media, content, styles, and techniques. Renowned names like Donna Bachmann and Janet Kuemmerlein, to name a few, will present their eclectic home-and-garden artworks within the exhibit's lineup.
