Parisian Italian Bistro perpetuates happiness with year-round 'felicità' offering

Nestled in the bustling district of Paris, between Place des Ternes and Parc Monceau, lies a new trattoria that promises an authentic Italian experience - Miglia.

The design of Miglia, inspired by Italian summers, family, warmth, and elegance, is a masterpiece by the Madrid-based architecture studio Hurlé & Martín. The interior boasts plush green banquettes and Valence marble tables that contrast beautifully, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Lush greenery evoking Tuscany's landscapes and wooden accents resembling Venetian boats add to the Italian charm.

Custom ceramic wall lamps and warm terracotta tiles, handcrafted by Spanish artisans, adorn the walls, while lithographs of Italian family life and gold-accented mirrors hint at Murano glass. The ceiling features a playful mix of patterns - gingham checks, stripes, and speckled downlights, adding a touch of whimsy to the space.

Bistro-style windows set the scene for an aperitivo, and the design is further complemented by the addition of wooden accents reminiscent of Venetian boats. Lithographs of Italian family life and gold-accented mirrors add warmth and hint at Murano glass.

The menu at Miglia primarily focuses on pizza, pasta, and tiramisu, with classic Italian dishes such as margherita and quattro formaggi pizzas, spaghetti alla carbonara, and truffle linguine pasta gracing the list. For those with a sweet tooth, dessert options include Nutella pizza, old-fashioned panna cotta, and an XL tiramisu.

The kitchen at Miglia is led by a duo of Italian chefs, who ensure that every dish is prepared with the utmost care and authenticity. Standout dishes include crispy fritto misto, Sicilian-style tuna steak, and flame-grilled leeks with smoked stracciatella.

Miglia also offers a selection of spritzes, including Aperol and Limoncello Spritz, and other beverage options such as negroni and glasses of red or white wine.
