Member Helper in Charge of Subscriptions
The Suffolk Wildlife Trust is on the hunt for a dedicated Membership Assistant to join their Philanthropy and Fundraising team. This permanent, full-time role, with options for part-time hours, offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, people-focused, and passionate about making a difference for wildlife and people in Suffolk.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Supporter Development Officer, supporting and streamlining systems to contribute to membership growth and retention. Key responsibilities include handling payments related to membership, assisting with recruitment and maintenance of membership systems, and ensuring the efficient running of the Trust’s membership functions.
The role is varied and rewarding, with the Membership Assistant expected to manage day-to-day membership processing, maintain accurate records in the Charity CRM system by Access, and coordinate the distribution of membership resources such as promotional materials and the members' magazine. They will also act as a key user of the CRM system, helping colleagues across the organisation use it effectively and in line with GDPR.
