Lords of the Manor Unveils New Atrium Restaurant in Cotswolds
The Lords of the Manor Hotel, nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds, has unveiled its newest dining destination, The Atrium restaurant. This marks the first time the historic hotel has opened a new restaurant in its storied history.
Louise Jackson Interiors, led by Louise Jackson, was entrusted with the design of the public rooms, including The Atrium. Jackson expressed her honour in being part of the refurbishment of this iconic hotel. The design maintains individuality while ensuring a cohesive flow throughout the spaces.
The Atrium restaurant is a testament to Jackson's vision. It features bespoke dining chairs, upholstered in soft velvet for the seat and a coordinating silk-like fabric for the back. The design focuses on creating a calming and elegant dining environment, with each table softly lit by candles. Head Chef Charles Smith, lauded by the Good Food Guide, leads the culinary team. He offers a luxurious £95 seven-course tasting menu for 14 diners, focusing on highly seasonal dining. Meanwhile, the hotel's Dining Room provides a more relaxed dining style with 40 covers, complementing The Atrium's formal atmosphere.
The Atrium restaurant at Lords of the Manor Hotel is now open, offering a unique dining experience in the Cotswolds. With its elegant design by Louise Jackson Interiors and culinary excellence led by Head Chef Charles Smith, it promises to be a memorable destination for discerning diners.
