Gordon Ramsay Expands His London Empire with Stunning New Restaurants

Gordon Ramsay, the renowned chef, has added four new dining destinations to his London portfolio, situated within 22 Bishopsgate – one of the city's tallest buildings. The new restaurants offer exceptional food, drinks, and panoramic views of London's iconic skyline.

The interiors at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants at 22 Bishopsgate have been designed by Russel Sage Studios, with dark finishes and subtle lighting to minimize glaring reflections in the windows. The design focuses on the sweeping cityscape vista as its focal point.

Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High

Located on the 60th floor, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High offers a contemporary take on neo-Nordic and Japanese-inspired flavours. The restaurant boasts a 12-seat chef's table experience, providing an intimate dining setting. Executive head chef James Goodyear reimagines classic dishes, offering each course as a culinary surprise.

The restaurant's menu includes pecan parfait and warm Parker House Roll as canapés, while the main courses feature dishes like soft shell crab maki, uni toast, and 'The World of Wagyu'.

Lucky Cat and Lucky Cat Bar

Lucky Cat and Lucky Cat Bar, situated on the 60th floor, offer London's highest dining experiences with an Asian-inspired menu. The open kitchen showcases chefs working at the open sushi bar and the guest-facing hot kitchen.

The Lucky Cat Bar offers a more relaxed atmosphere, with a variety of Japanese whisky, negronis, and martinis on the menu. The bar's interiors feature soft illuminations behind the main bar and cascading fabric to add textural variety without taking away from the views.

The panoramic views from Lucky Cat and Lucky Cat Bar include London landmarks such as Tower Bridge, The Shard, St. Paul's Cathedral, and Battersea Power Station.

The Gordon Ramsay Academy

Two floors below, The Gordon Ramsay Academy provides a fun and engaging experience for those looking to enhance their cookery skills. The academy covers a range of cooking topics, from creating pillowy bao buns to perfecting steak, making pasta from scratch, and preparing a tender beef Wellington.

A Unique London Experience

Gordon Ramsay is proud to call London his home and is excited to open three of his most iconic restaurants under one roof at 22 Bishopsgate. He shared his excitement about the new opening, stating that London is unique and where his journey began. The new restaurants aim to create something extraordinary for those who share a passion for great food and the city of London.

The Lucky Cat restaurant and bar are accessible via Europe's fastest lift, which moves at eight metres per second, ensuring a swift journey to the 60th floor. With these new additions, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants at 22 Bishopsgate offer an unparalleled dining experience in the heart of London.
