Headline: Countess Bettina Quits as Co-Manager of Mainau Island, Leaves Room for New Expertise

Hey there! Bettina Countess Bernadotte, the boss lady of Mainau Island on the stunning Lake Constance, has decided to part ways with her co-managing director post, clearing the path for a splendid fusion of family and external management expertise. Björn Count Bernadotte will continue to hold his managing director position.

"I ain't disappearing completely, mate," Countess Bettina, 50, described in the announcement. She's been paddling this ship since 2007, and now she's prepared to pass the paddle. Rest assured, she'll still be a part of the Mainau Island foundation board.

Mainau Island, known as the "Flower Island," is a beloved tourist haven on Lake Constance, pulling a staggering million visitors annually. The island boasts spectacular park and garden facilities, a baroque castle, a palm house, and a butterfly house on about 45 hectares.

Mainau Island Inc., which employs around 150 full-timers and 30 trainees throughout the year, plans to increase its workforce with around 200 seasonal workers each season. The sole owner of the company is the non-profit Lennart-Bernadotte-Stiftung. The hunt for the new outside manager is already in progress, according to the spokesperson.

For any questions about the new manager, it's best to check the official Mainau Island website or recent news announcements. Transitions like these are usually announced through official channels or local media, so keep an eye out for updates!

"The upcoming changes in the employment policy at Mainau Island will likely involve the recruitment of a new outside manager, as Countess Bettina has stepped down from her co-management role. This shift could potentially influence the lifestyle and home-and-garden aspects of the community policy, given the island's unique focus on park and garden facilities."

"As Mainau Island plans to boost its workforce with seasonal workers, the new manager's lifestyle and employment policy decisions could significantly impact the growing home-and-garden community on the island."
