Rockin' B Ranch Transforms Under New Ownership
After a change of hands in 2021, the iconic Rockin' B Ranch, once owned by the legendary Steve McQueen, has undergone a significant transformation. The new owner, Woody Kimbrough, has breathed new life into the property, maintaining its historical roots while introducing modern amenities.
The former property of McQueen has been meticulously restored and reimagined, now standing as the Rockin' B Ranch. The barn, a central feature of the ranch, boasts four horse stalls and is heated for year-round comfort. Four horse stalls are housed within, ensuring the property's roots as a working ranch remain intact. Saddles are used as decoration, serving as a nod to the ranch's past.
A new main residence was built on the property in 2021, offering four bedrooms, each with its own en suite. The great room in this residence is anchored by a French limestone fireplace, providing a cosy and inviting atmosphere. The blue pantry in the kitchen offers captivating views of the grounds, while the kitchen itself features thick marble countertops.
The primary bathroom includes a large shower and double vanity, ensuring a luxurious bathing experience. A media room is available for more casual gatherings, providing a comfortable space for relaxation and entertainment.
Outside, an equestrian arena can be found, perfect for horse enthusiasts. A fire pit is located near the koi pond, offering a serene spot for evening gatherings. A pass-through window leads to a patio with a grill and an outdoor dining table, ideal for al fresco dining.
The property covers approximately 260 acres, providing ample space for exploration and activities. The second level of the barn has been transformed into a gym, ensuring fitness enthusiasts have a dedicated space for their workouts.
