As a Field Service Technician II - IT Cooling, you will collaborate with other MEPPI departments to support product improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives. You will diagnose and document the status and defects of returned products and systems, identify and recommend system upgrades and preventive maintenance services, and hold a valid EPA Section 608 Certification.
You should be proficient with mechanical and electronic test equipment, Microsoft Office applications, timekeeping, and expense reporting systems. You will troubleshoot and repair routine HVAC system and refrigerant-related issues, and have advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
