In the heart of Harburg Inner Harbor, Gallery 1565, located within the historic Bornemann House, is currently hosting an extended solo exhibition of works by Franz Kaiser. This exhibition, however, is not part of the "LOL" exhibition running concurrently at Art & Culture Harburg.

The extended solo exhibition of Franz Kaiser showcases a variety of artworks, but unlike the "LOL" exhibition, it does not feature sculptures or figurative themes in neon colours. Instead, visitors can expect to see images marked by imaginary animals, such as the orange fox, and expressionism. The exhibition also includes recycling art, adding a unique and thought-provoking element to Kaiser's work.

Unfortunately, the works of Mona Claudine, Gideon Pirx, Sven Rosé, Joanna Mortreux, and André Kunz, which are on display for the "LOL" exhibition, are not included in the extended solo exhibition of Franz Kaiser.

For those interested in visiting the extended solo exhibition of Franz Kaiser, it's important to note that while guided tours are offered in Gallery 1565, this particular exhibition is not part of the guided tour programme. The solo exhibition of Franz Kaiser runs until September 20.

The "LOL" exhibition, on the other hand, is the latest exhibition at Gallery 1565 and runs until October 3.

It's also worth mentioning that the association Friends of the Kunsthalle, which supports Gallery 1565, has been in existence since 1923. The board of the Friends of the Kunsthalle is always headed by the current gallery owner, Maya Meinecke.

On the first floor of Gallery 1565, the solo exhibition of Franz Kaiser continues to captivate visitors with its unique blend of art and recycling, offering a compelling reason to visit this historic gallery space.
