The ceremony was attended by Eva Nguyen Binh, President of the French Institute, along with other influential figures from both the film industry and French cultural representatives. binh expressed excitement about the initiative, calling it a meaningful collaborative effort that the French Institute is proud to support.

The White Light Cinehub, located on the third floor of Complex 01, is a post-production-focused cinematic space that aims to promote professional exchange, support emerging film projects, and expand the filmmaking community network across Southeast Asia and Europe.

According to Tran Dac Phuc, the Founder/CEO of Complex 01, the Space aims to foster cross-cultural and technical exchange behind the screen, with active participation from industry experts and young filmmakers.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the White Light Cinehub and the French Institute was signed by Binh and Phuc during the launch event. This marked the beginning of open discussions on the future of the Space, focusing on the post-production-centric cinematic space and encouraging exchange across cultures and technical disciplines.
