Expanding cycling infrastructure is now being officially launched

Motor vehicle traffic is permitted on the new cycle street, but strict rules apply. Vehicles must adhere to a maximum speed of 30 km/h, cyclists are allowed to ride side by side, and a minimum distance of 1.50 meters must be maintained when overtaking.
The safety of schoolchildren is a top priority in Dreieich. A crossing aid has been set up in the Hengstbach facility, located between the Falltorweg and the Hengstbach bridge to the Selma-Lagerlöf school.
