Art Safari 2021 Brings a Vibrant Celebration of Romanian Art and Culture to Bucharest

Art Safari, a cultural event in Bucharest, is set to run from September 5 to December 14, offering a diverse program of art exhibitions and activities. The event will feature key thematic pillars, including exhibitions dedicated to George Enescu and Paris Pallady.

One of the most anticipated exhibitions is "Enescu și Minotaurul," which marks 70 years since Enescu's passing. This exhibition will delve into the life and career of the great musician, showcasing photographs, objects, and personal memorabilia related to him.

Another exciting exhibition is "Paris Pallady," held at Palatul Dacia Romania. This collaboration with Paris museums Museé de l'Orangerie and Museé Henri Matisse will showcase over 70 works by Romanian artist Theodor Pallady, alongside pieces by Henri Matisse.

The exhibit "The Art of Not Wasting Anything" is a temporary display addressing food waste. Notable supporters of this exhibit include The Food Bank, Edenred, and Lidl Romania.

Art Safari offers more than just exhibitions. Guided tours, workshops, and cultural activities are also on the agenda throughout the season. For instance, participants can engage in art-focused workshops and discussions, as is common in the event's general program architecture.

For those interested in attending, tickets with a 50% discount (from RON 150 to 75) are available for purchase online using the email address irina.marica@our website. However, it's important to note that this offer is valid only until September 5.

In addition to Art Safari, Bucharest offers a variety of complementary cultural and creative experiences. These include ceramic painting workshops at Ceramic Cafe București and food/cultural tours around the city neighborhoods.

For a comprehensive day-by-day schedule or further details about the exhibitions, workshops, and cultural activities, we recommend checking official Art Safari archival sources or contacting the event organizers.

The Art Safari event in Bucharest, aside from art exhibitions, also includes lifestyle activities such as home-and-garden workshops, possibly offering insights into traditional Romanian home decor and garden designs.

In the spirit of sustainability, Art Safari features an exhibit titled "The Art of Not Wasting Anything" showcasing works on the theme of food waste, with notable partnerships from organizations like The Food Bank and Lidl Romania.
