Ensure your dog has proper rest periods between sessions to recharge, avoiding joint and muscle strain, which could lead to more serious issues down the road.

4. Optimizing feeding schedules for exercise

Consider your doggo's meal schedule. Exercising after a hearty meal could boost their energy, but it's recommended to wait 30 minutes to an hour to minimize the risk of stomach issues. Breeds susceptible to bloating should wait at least two hours.
