Eco-friendly Garage in Focus
In the heart of Regensburg, Autogroup Dünnes is working on a unique project at Innstraße. The company is currently constructing a new building, which will incorporate a significant 60% of the former Fröschl House's inventory.
The exact purpose of the new building—whether residential, commercial, or a mix of both—is yet to be specified. However, the focus is on preserving and utilising a substantial portion of the former building's inventory in the new creation.
Alexander Dünnes, one of the two managing directors of Autogroup Dünnes, is overseeing the construction. He emphasises the extent to which the former Fröschl House's inventory has been incorporated, stating that 60% of it has been utilised.
The current stage of the project shows progress, with the interior fit-out underway. Yet, the roof structure is still to be installed. The Autogroup Dünnes is currently working on this aspect, with no specified completion date announced as of yet.
The condition of the Fröschl House's inventory was good enough for Autogroup Dünnes to have no reservations about its use in the new building. This means that much of the original contents or elements from the Fröschl House will be an integral part of the new construction or renovation.
Despite the progress, the topping-out ceremony for the new building at Innstraße has not been celebrated as of now. The Autogroup Dünnes has not yet announced a date for this significant milestone in the construction process.
