Founded in 2019, this prestigious automotive event has grown in size and influence, becoming a global showcase for exceptional classic and vintage cars.
The ICE's origins can be traced back to early 20th-century European aristocratic gatherings, where the finest automobiles were showcased and judged on design, condition, and provenance. The ICE carries on this tradition but with a distinct focus on a high level of curation, international participation, and the celebration of automotive artistry and heritage.
Rosie Paterson, the Digital Content Director & Travel Editor for a leading platform, has been a key figure in the ICE's success. She joined the platform's team in July 2014 and has since coordinated numerous events, including the platform's own 125 birthday celebrations. One of the most memorable moments in the ICE's history took place in 1985, when a group of Brits competed on the Cresta Run, a famous toboggan track in St Moritz, using vintage Bentleys to commemorate its centenary.
