Devastated Residences in Jetisui District

In an online meeting, Gulnara Kokobaeva, the head of the local administration in Almaty's Jetisu District, shared updates and plans for the district.

During the three-hour meeting, over two hundred questions were received from residents via phone, social media, and messengers. The akim addressed 80 of these questions live from three locations.

One of the main topics of concern for the residents was the lack of kindergartens in the district. However, the provided search results do not contain information about any plans to build more state kindergartens in Jetisu District, nor does it address the demand for preschool facilities there. For authoritative details on preschool infrastructure development, local government or education department sources in Almaty would be the most reliable.

In more positive news, Gulnara Kokobaeva plans to focus on teaching mothers new, in-demand professions at the 'Baqytty Otbasy' center. This will include assistance in employment, creating work conditions, and implementing their products.

Another priority task for the district is to solve the problem of a shortage of school places. Six school extensions are planned this year, providing around two thousand places for students.

Residents have also raised concerns about power outages and interruptions in the Eset-han district. The akim promised that work is underway to resolve the issue, with lighting work being conducted in the district. Additionally, the electrical networks in the Eset-han district were reported to be on the regional balance and have become ownerless.

The meeting also saw discussions on other issues such as the demolition of nearly thirty dilapidated houses, requests for tree sanitation pruning, repair and monitoring of abandoned objects, addressing the shortage of buses in certain microdistricts, and launching additional routes.

In a bid to promote active aging, another Center for Active Longevity is planned to be opened in the second Aynabulaq.

The akim promised to consider all requests and address the issues raised during the meeting.
