The latest addition to this microdistrict in Central Omsk will be an 11-story residential building, as announced by the Department of Architecture and Construction of the Omsk City Administration on April 2, 2025. The department has issued a building permit for the construction of a multi-story apartment building No 4.
The living space for the 11-story building will span over 12,091.5 square meters, housing 249 apartments: 152 one-bedroom units, 76 two-bedroom units, and 21 three-bedroom units. The developer for this project is OOO StroyMontazhNo10, a subsidiary of Stroiteleton "Severное".
Currently, the developer is actively working on this area on the outskirts of Central Omsk. According to the builder, there are plans to construct several more buildings here, as revealed by the head of GK "Stroiteleton" Oleg Zolotov in an interview with "SuperOmsk". Back in early 2023, the builder mentioned the intention to demolish the Biofabrika factory to make way for new developments, also in "SuperOmsk".
