Auburn Estate: A Harmonious Hilltop Haven in Karnataka

A grand home, the Auburn Estate, has been completed after a three-year construction period in the scenic hill stations of Karnataka, India. Designed by Nain Belliappa of Houseof9Design, this 6,500 sq ft residence is now home to a couple who tend to coffee and pepper plantations.

The Auburn Estate Home is a harmonious blend of nature and architecture. Belliappa drew inspiration from her hill station upbringing to create a space that flows seamlessly from one room to another. The home begins with a welcoming foyer that leads to a formal living room, a family room, a spacious kitchen, four bedrooms, and bathrooms.

The color scheme of the home is rooted in earthy tones, featuring russet, umber, and terracotta hues that complement the surrounding landscape. Despite its size, the home maintains a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for its inhabitants who enjoy a peaceful, plantation life.

The Auburn Estate Home, a testament to Belliappa's design prowess, stands as a beautiful addition to Karnataka's hill stations. Its earthy color scheme and flowing layout create a perfect sanctuary for its residents, who tend to the nearby coffee and pepper plantations.
